I think this series is fantastic. Photographers always seem to be seeking the best shot of the big, professional fireworks displays. Beautiful as they can be, the shots lack something. You've got what's missing in those - the atmosphere and the human angle. I really love how these make me feel I was right there on the driveway with you...

Thanks for your nice comment. What you wrote is exactly what I was trying to achieve. Driveway fireworks can be more memorable than the big ones.

That lightsource was a Coleman lamp. That photo is an 8 sec. exposure.
This was indeed at Travis & Tracy's house. (Really cool place)
