I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to post these without telling us the NAME of your hometown, Wolf. ;-)

Even so, I loved seeing these. Your mystery hometown looks like a magical place, especially in the first two winter scenes.

If we visit your blog long enough, we might eventually learn about you. ;) You keep much of your personal life very private.

Where is this beautiful city that you so wonderfully photographed?

The name of the Town is Ettlingen and it's located in the northern part of the Black Forest. This is essentially the place where the Grimm Fairytales like Little Red Ridinghood and Rapunzel were concieved. Ettlingen is over 2000 Years old and the tower you see in the photos has been restored several times over the Years yet still is 90% original. Ettlingen is also known as the gateway to the Black Forest.

Thank you, Wolf. I see it took two us us to pull that info out of you. ;-)

I see you've posted more of Ettlingen, so I'm off to see those images now...

It looks like a super special place. Seeing the water running so closely beside all the buildings is so different from the things I've seen in the U.S. :-)
