I don't do too much action photography and this makes me curious. Are you able to shoot RAW when doing fast action like this or does your camera write the RAW shots to the memory card too slowly?
My camera has a very deep buffer and I use a high speed CF card. I can easely shoot 5 frames per second for 10 seconds before the frames catch up to the buffer. I also tend to shoot action shots in JPEG fine rather than Raw but it could also be done in Raw for 5seconds instead of 10 sec.
